ph impetus holds successful workshop

ph impetus has recently held a successful client based workshop at Oxford Brookes University exploring areas centring around customer retention.

The workshop was held at the Wheatley Campus of Oxford Brookes, and included discussions and debates on topics within and around customer retention.  Attendees were also given a tour around the Sustainable Vehicle Engineering Centre (of which ph impetus is a member of the advisory board), where students explore the challenges facing the life and re-use of transport.

The day was a great success for ph impetus, gaining much positive and constructive feedback from the 14 vehicle manufacturer clients who took part.

David Gorvett, Business Development ph impetus, said, "workshops like this are great for getting clients together to network and gives an opportunity to express opinion and ideas around a given subject.  Due to the success of the day we are planning more in the near future looking into different issues and developments facing our industry."

If you would like further information on the workshop or would like information on how to get involved at the next one please contact Karen Lowe at klowe@phimpetus.com
