Ashley joined the business on the 1 August and will report directly to CEO, David Gorvett.

Ashley Fernihough is joining from Ricardo UK Ltd where he was the Business Development Director. Prior to joining Ricardo, Ashley was the Global Lead for Automotive Marketing, Sales and Service Solutions at IBM and a Director in PwC’s Global Automotive practice. He has over 30 years’ experience within the Automotive Industry, during which time he has worked with many of the major vehicle manufacturers to help drive improved business performance.

David Gorvett explains: “To provide both deeper and more comprehensive support for our clients, we have ambitious plans for the development of our business. Ashley’s appointment is a key enabler to deliver our strategy and he brings with him a wealth of experience providing complex solutions to Vehicle Manufacturers across the world. With knowledge in all vehicle sectors, Ashley has spent significant time in the US, Europe and Asia, including a period running Ricardo’s Chinese business and is thus perfectly placed to support our strategic plans for global growth.
