  • Our mobile application and website can be fully tailored to fit in with your branding guidelines, providing a familiar environment for your users

Simplified Scheduler

  • Our schedule wizard makes setting appointments up as easy as possible, with a choice of a calendar view with drag and drop scheduling abilities, or a simplistic table view. Simply search for your contact and set up an appointment using a tailored wizard that can contain pre populated agendas, as well as the ability to add custom agendas
  • Scheduled visits fully sync with Outlook and Gmail calendars to negate the possibility of double booking

Intuitive Offline Mobile Availability

  • Our mobile application can be preloaded with the all the information needed for a visit and can be accessed offline meaning you will never be caught out by poor or no internet connectivity
  • Once the visit is completed and you have an internet connection; you will be able to sync all of your visit information

Easy Visit Recording

  • Against each question / agenda point you are able to attach or capture images using your mobile device, and capture appropriate written comments. If your visit is for audit purposes, we can tailor the form to include 'pass' or 'fail' buttons for each question, and mandate the inclusion of action plans and supporting evidences
  • During a sales meeting with potential customers you can access your parts catalogues with the most recent prices pre-loaded in the mobile application enabling you to make sales and offer promotions during the visit

Automatic Visit Follow up

  • After the visit, you have the ability to view and amend a full visit report, actions placed against the visit can be viewed or updated and you can also track any rectifications that need to be followed up, as well as being able to book follow up appointments against outstanding actions
  • Simple reports provide clear visible representations of any actions / issues that are outstanding or pending straight from the dashboard
