Pricing Analyst- Reporting to Pricing Manager

Position Summary:
The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the implementation support within the team and day to day execution of planned activities and associated ad hoc requirements, including ownership of product and pricing administrative duties including:
- Ensure all parts pricing is set in accordance with the defined price setting guidelines
- Manage the price file for additions, deletions, supersessions and price changes
- Monitor profitability of part numbers and make review recommendations as appropriate
- Liaise with markets
- Handling and response to pricing queries
Target Profile / Experience:
- An individual with a general business analysis gained within a commercial environment and preferably good automotive sector awareness.
Capabilities:
To fulfil this role you need:
- 'A' levels or equivalent qualification preferably in a numerate or business discipline.
- High level of accuracy and an aptitude for analysis/ business administration
- Excellent analytical skills
- Detailed and accurate working practices
- PC literate (MS Office Word/Excel/ Access)
Additional Comments:
A minimum of 2 years' commercial work experience is required.
