Client brief
To review current trade parts activity of this global brand across Europe and develop a programme to support parts sales objectives.
Our solution
Key markets were selected to review current activities at both central and dealer levels. Proposition templates were developed and presented to the markets for discussion and adaptation as required.
Result
Rather than introduce a Trade Programme, our review highlighted that the core issue related to the parts brand and therefore a solution was provided to address this first, prior to the launch of any new initiative
