Investigate the UK aftermarket to assess the level of competition faced by our client in the supply of OE parts. Analyse data, communicate findings and recommendations.
Our solution
A two pronged investigation into the competitive automotive aftermarket which gathered data on factor acquisition (net) and sell-out pricing using industry contacts and the ph impetus call centre facility. Data turned into information and delivered back to the client in the form of intuitive pricing models.
Result
Research completed on schedule and findings presented to senior client management. Following client consultation pricing recommendations were implemented that generate incremental revenue in excess of $1 million on a constant volume basis
