Summary

• Evaluate Authorised Repairer abnormal warranty profile and develop an appropriate action plan to return AR to a satisfactory profile. Provide Regional "Help Desk" dealer support.

Target Profile / Experience

• Detailed knowledge of Authorised Repairer aftersales business practices
• Experience of motor vehicle technician and management within an Authorised Repairer/Dealership
• An understanding of Ford systems would be a major advantage
• Engineering or Motor Vehicle apprenticeship
• PC literate (MS Office Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook)
• Flexible approach to work and travel requirements

• Ability to work on own initiative as well as a team player.
• Demonstrable ability to effect change through influencing skills.
• Ability to identify root causes of warranty concerns.
• Excellent communication, inter-personal, analytical and process skills.
• Self sufficient, self starter (training provided to the right candidate)  
• Fluent English language skills both speaking and written
