Position Summary

  • Implementation of  the Citroen UK trade development programme, to include both dealer and independent repairer propositions
  • Integration of the sales development process with both the appointed Trade Dealer network and client trade sales call centre
  • Implement core trade sales & operational best practice processes
  • Develop the trade parts operations of designated trade dealers as per programme guidelines and procedures
  • Support and drive the client produced marketing activity
  • Build a close working relationship with the client field team

Target Profile / Experience

  • A knowledge of the parts trade sector, franchised dealer/ vehicle manufacturer or aftermarket competitive parts operations
  • The ability to add value and improve performance is imperative
  • Previous/current experience of working in a regional or national role, for an aftermarket supplier, franchised dealer group or vehicle manufacturer would be an advantage

Capabilities

  • Understanding of franchised dealer business practices and the contrast to those employed by a parts factor in the supply of parts to independent motor traders.
  • Ability to inspire, coach and influence others and achieve results.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Flexible approach to work, self sufficient and a self starter.
  • PC literate
