Parts & Service Product Analyst

Position Summary:

  • Responsibility for 'product' sales planning throughout the product lifecycle, predominately driving the sales volumes and revenues in-line with growth expectations for the product group or channel. To continuously manage the products position in the market, in terms of retail price, discounts and dealer net price depending on the competitive nature of the product. Working closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure they have adequate support in order to make informed decisions about any actions required to meet the company goals for revenue and customer satisfaction.

Target Profile / Experience:

  • At least two years experience from within the Motor Industry specifically from within the Parts Aftermarket
  • Good product and analytical experience in order to investigate product sales trends and to draw conclusions from findings and deliver detailed actions required
Capabilities:
  • Educated to a high level with a good level of computer competency
  • Able to work in excel and to learn specific computer programmes in order to compile and produce and analyse sales trend reports
  • To be able to communicate well within the marketing team and with the wider dealer network
  • Commercially aware
  • Driven by achievement of goals/targets
  • Highly customer focused

 Additional Comments:

  • Successful candidate is likely to have a background of working within the parts aftermarket
