Position Summary
Implementation of client's best practice approach to service marketing following a structured approach of:
- Understanding individual dealer performance based on local market analysis and site specific influencing factors
- Providing and facilitating structured activity planning using opportunity based dealer visit frequency and sales information
- Involving and coaching all required dealer staff to achieve adoption of best practice processes as standard operating practices
- Reviewing performance of activities on implementation process and financial impact/return
Target Profile / Experience
- Experience in Aftersales coaching, preferably in premium sector
- Dealer management experience - demonstrating an understanding of the varying dealer structures and track record of successful change management
- Either experience of field based/regional working or dealer group multi site responsibility
