Position Summary

Implementation of client's best practice approach to service marketing following a structured approach of:

  • Understanding individual dealer performance based on local market analysis and site specific influencing factors
  • Providing and facilitating structured activity planning using opportunity based dealer visit frequency and sales information
  • Involving and coaching all required dealer staff to achieve adoption of best practice processes as standard operating practices
  • Reviewing performance of activities on implementation process and financial impact/return

Target Profile / Experience

  • Experience in Aftersales coaching, preferably in premium sector
  • Dealer management experience - demonstrating an understanding of the varying dealer structures and track record of successful change management
  • Either experience of field based/regional working or dealer group multi site responsibility

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Flexible approach to work, self sufficient and a self starter.
  • PC literate
